International kids football tournament U – 10 ( 1999 )
”LIEPAJA SPRING cup -2009”
Reglament
1. Tournaments aims and goals:
- To popularizing football
- To further cooperation between clubs, cities and countries
- To improve the players skills in tournament conditions
2. Venue and premises:
- The tournament takes place 4 and 5th april, 2009 in stadium “Daugava” in Liepaja. Tournaments opening ceremony at 11 o`clock
3. The game procedure:
- 6 games is garanted for each team + participation in penalty tournament
- Duration: two egual perids of 20 minutes.
- Playing court dimensions: 1/2 of football field, size of goal 2 X 5 m, games will take place on sinthetic field
- 8 players starts the game, one of them have be a goalkeeper
- Points awarded: for win 3 points, draw 1 point, defeat 0 point
- If more than one team have egual amount of points, the higher placing is taken by the team that has: more points in head-to-head game, better goaldifference in games etc.
- Number of substitutes are not limited
- Ball size – 4.
- Offsides: yes
4. Players:
- In the tournament can play kids who has borne after January 1, 1999
- All field players of one team must have numbered shirts of same colour
- All players must use shinguards
- All players must have passport or football federation licence.
- Number of players in one team – 14
5. Finances:
- Participation fee per team EUR 100,-
- Teams will live and eat in hotel. Food ( 4 times ) and living ( 1 night ) price – EUR __, - Garanted places only for 16 persons!
- All expenses for team transport, living and eating are covered by the detached team.
6. Awards:
- The winners of 1st – 3rd place will be awarded with cups, medals and diploms. The best forward, defender, goalkeeper and best player will be awarded with special prizes. All teams will be awarded with sweet prizes.
